Birthday Cards

A little administrative update to pass along..

Starting in with the month of December, the birthday cards that Customer Rewards Members have received in the mail in the form of a postcard will now be delivered via email. We have chosen to move to this for a number of reasons. We feel that if there is a way to be more environmentally friendly while keeping up with technological advances that are available to us, then we should be taking advantage.

So any Customer Rewards Member who has provided our database with an email address, will receive their birthday card via email. These customers will print their card and bring it into our store. The cashiers will scan the barcode, which becomes null and void after the scan, and presto! You have redeemed your birthday card!

Those Customer Rewards Members who have not provided us with an email address will still receive their postcard in the mail, as they have in the past.
