Pineview Produce

Things are really coming along in our produce dedicated greenhouses! A lot of people have been asking about thyme in preparation of Thanksgiving.  This last week we had salad mixes with us at the Maple Grove Farmers Market! They are comprised of swiss chard, pansies (did you know they are edible?), arugula, and spinach.

Flocking Holiday Trees

Pineview Produce

As many people know, we've started a produce endeavor!  As a way to utilize our empty greenhouse space in the colder months of the year, we have decided to grow vegetables and herbs in our greenhouse for sale in the community.  It is difficult to get locally grown produce this time of year, so why not?  Take a look at some of our progress thus far...

Welcome to the Holidays!

The temperatures are dropping, just about everything has died after the first big frost, and the sun rarely shines! Basically the definition of the transition from fall into winter seasons.

That means the greenhouse is full of spruce tips! Hundreds upon hundreds of spuce tip arrangements go out our doors during a given season, and it takes some serious manpower to put them all together.

Get a glimpse into how it's done!

As always, the radio is always rocking.
