Over 100 years of growing green... What goes on inside the tumultuous and crazy world of working the suburban family farm; good times, tough times, and ridiculously dirty times.

From The Greenhouse
It's the time of year when we start planning next years crop. The mums are starting to wind down for us now. There will be a few left for sale in the store but not for long, so don't wait too long. The Poinsettias are all rooted and will be getting spaced and shaded soon to encourage them to color up. Spruce tip season will soon be upon us. Fall deco items will be in after labor day with corn stalks, straw bales, and more. Still lots of fun items to plant before it freezes. Oh, did I say the F word, oh know! Be optimistic, we will have a nice long fall.
